High-quality how-to videos are included in the app, walking through how to leverage different features and functions in BMW vehicles. The app also provides information that’s specific to certain models, arming owners with better knowledge about their car. To use it, simply download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store, then install it on your compatible smart phone or tablet.
Another convenient option for people who can’t get to a dealership is the BMW Genius Hotline. A dedicated team of Geniuses are available six days a week to answer whatever questions you might have. You can discuss how to use specific features, get help with fixing minor problems, or get answers for whatever else might come up.
